The Twin Cities campus is in the process of transitioning to an electronic version of the Multi-Institutional Application form. The current form is a PDF that must be completed by students and uploaded or scanned to the appropriate office. This creates service delays and is cumbersome for students and staff. The new application will be a Google Form found on the One Stop website that will route directly to the Twin Cities Office of the Registrar. It will be available to students in November.
With the new Google form, students will no longer be required to obtain physical signatures from their academic advisor or the financial aid office. However, students will be required to provide their electronic signature and acknowledge that they have consulted the appropriate office regarding degree requirements, tuition impacts, financial aid, etc. Duluth implemented this process a few years ago and has seen an improvement in the student and staff experience. Questions regarding Multi-Institutional registration can be directed to Colleen Harms (harms231@umn.edu).
