25Live update

25Live is replacing Astra on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Astra will become view/read-only at the end of the day June 13, 2025. Departmental schedulers are required to take online training and have already been enrolled in the course in Training Hub. No training is required for those who only request rooms.
