Fall 2023 registraion times

Fall 2023 class registration begins Thursday, April 13. Registration appointment times were posted for students in MyU on Monday, March 27. Students can find their appointment time by logging into MyU and selecting the "Academics" tab, then selecting the "Registration" sub-tab. Registration times and information on how to register for classes are available on One Stop.

If a student needs their appointment time adjusted because of a system error, contact One Stop Student Services (onestop@umn.edu). Include the student's internet ID, student ID, and name.

Fall 2022 appointment times

On Monday, March 28, registration appointment times will be posted for students in MyU, with fall 2022 registration beginning on Thursday, April 14. Students can find their appointment time by logging into MyU and selecting the "Academics" tab, then selecting the "Registration" sub-tab (how-to instructions are available). The registration times are available on One Stop.

If a student’s appointment time is incorrect, please contact One Stop Student Services (onestop@umn.edu) with the student's internet ID, student ID, and name. One Stop will verify if the appointment time is incorrect. If it is, the appointment can be manually adjusted for a particular student.

Grade submission updates

Our grade submission statistics for fall 2021 were slightly improved from this time last year. The key areas we focus on are Not Reported or NR grades as these can have consequences for students' degree progress and financial aid. Thanks to everyone for their work and efforts this last fall. The grade submission counts for fall 2021 are available below:

Fall 2021 classroom updates

As of May 28, all physical distancing requirements have been lifted for classrooms, and the University will be at standard physical distancing for fall 2021. This means room capacities have also been updated to their prior standard capacities, which can be found using the Room Search tool.

With this update, OCM will be working to assign all general purpose classrooms for fall 2021 earlier than expected, so incoming freshmen can make more informed scheduling decisions while attending orientation. This will also allow currently enrolled students to have ample time to make decisions on their schedules once classrooms are assigned.

Students can find their appointment time by logging into MyU and selecting the "Academics" tab, then selecting the "Registration" sub-tab (how-to instructions are available). The registration times are available on One Stop.

To adjust an appointment time for a particular student, contact One Stop Student Services (onestop@umn.edu) with the student's internet ID, student ID, name, and campus.

Wait list changes for fall 2020

As a reminder, the wait list process is changing slightly starting fall 2020. Going forward, the auto enroll process will run for the last time the day before a session begins, and the wait lists will be deleted the first day of the session. For fall, the auto enroll process will run for the final time on September 7, 2020 for all regular sessions and 1st half of term classes. The wait lists will be deleted on September 8, 2020.
